I am a lifelong consultant that enjoys solving problems at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. Since 2010, I have been consulting with organizations ranging from pre-revenue startups to large public companies, and have been fortunate enough that my work has involved travel to parts of North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. I have an affinity for small and medium sized businesses based in the United States.

I have been directly responsible for managing projects and programs that execute on annual budgets from tens of thousands to millions of dollars, designing processes with realistic constraints to achieve target end states, implementing solutions across a variety of technology platforms, and managing stakeholder conversations from line staff to executives. I recognize the boundaries that I have, and work within those to ensure that my clients are successful.

I decided to be an independent consultant after spending years working at consulting firms because I value the ability to provide realistic advice to clients based on where they are and where they want to go. I do not sell solutions to problems that don’t exist, nor do I attempt to oversell the expertise of staff that are not appropriate for a project.
